The problem with DraftKings (DKNG)

FACT 1: There are multiple articles out there alleging that this is a mafia-owned company. Here’s one: DraftKings: A $21 Billion SPAC Betting It Can Hide Its Black Market Operations – Hindenburg Research, but you can do your own DD to read more.

FACT 2: This stock was $71.93 exactly one year ago (3/11/2021). Now at $17.50, you have to ask…what has the company done for you lately??

FACT 3: In February, DraftKings disclosed that Robins’s total compensation in 2021 was $14.03 million, down from $236.83 million in 2020

The CEO looks like he’s literally going to cry — this was sad to watch: DraftKings CEO: People selling his company’s stock will ‘regret that decision’ – MarketWatch. He’s telling everyone who selling that they will regret, but it appears he’s doing all the regretting seeing his paycheck drop huge.

NOW HERE’S THE POSITIVE NEWS! Draftkings IS a takeover target. Any number of suitors would benefit from merging or acquiring. They have great presence in the gambling/gaming indursty as well as a very popular brand name. But there is nothing else really going for this. BetMGM and Caesars are fresh faces and competing brutally with DKNG, and I believe they are both tagteaming and pummeling them.

And when it comes to mafia stocks, I can only picture scenes from the Godfather. DKNG is getting ‘whacked” right now.
